Terms & Conditions

PURCHASING:1. Please ensure you are 100% certain before placing an order.
2. Cancellations and refunds are strictly not allowed. If you must cancel your order, a 50% cancellation fee based on the total amount will apply.
3. Deadline of payment is flexible unless otherwise specified.
4. Down payments must be settled on the same day of the order and are non-refundable. Failure to settle the down payment will result in the forfeiture of your order.
5. Buyers are expected to act responsibly. A penalty of ₱25 per day will be charged for late payments, EVEN IF REMINDERS ARE NOT SENT.
6. We will send pictures or videos of your order prior to shipping. Please review them carefully. After your approval, we reserve the right to decline any complaints.
7. Ensure you take an unboxing video in the event of product concerns. No unboxing video = No refund, return, or exchange.
8. Refunds, returns, or exchanges will only be issued if it is proven that the issue was caused by us.
9. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction if the buyer is disrespectful or rude.
10. Orders will be kept for up to 2 consecutive collections. If the order is not collected within this timeframe, shipping will be automatically scheduled.SHIPPING:
